Our mission is to provide every customer with the best possible service and product range available.
Aotea New Zealand Souvenirs commenced trading in 1979 as Aotea Greenstone and Sheepskin Factory. Since then we have opened stores in Auckland, Christchurch, Queenstown and Rotorua. We continue to lead change and be one of the leaders in the retail souvenir industry.
Our staff has excellent product knowledge with every product within our stores. They are specialised in customer service skills and are bi-lingual.
Our range of souvenirs is diverse. We stock sheepskins, knitwear, T-shirtrs, carvings, toiletries and much more.
Our hours of opening are between 10.00am and 11.00pm depending on the store.
