The Nautilus Resort / Motel is a luxury selection of accommodation apartments close to Waitangi on the edge of Paihia – the hub of the beautiful Bay of Islands in the far north of New Zealand.
The modern history of New Zealand began right here. The first European settlers landed just a stone’s throw from the Nautilus Resort. It’s just a short walk to the world famous Waitangi Treaty Grounds, where the Treaty of Waitangi was signed in 1840.
The Nautilus Resort is a luxurious facility set in exotic subtropical gardens. It boosts a 16-metre swimming pool and a fabulous 84-jet spa pool, a tennis court, a BBQ area, a kids’ play area and trampoline as well as ample boat and car parking with washing facilities.
The self-contained 2-bedroom apartments are priced from $180 per night, and the studios are priced from $110 per night. They are all spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished: a spa bath and super-king bed feature in most of the units. An apartment with access facilities and a modern laundry complete the service.
