Qualmark, New Zealand’s official mark of quality for tourism, licenses professional New Zealand tourism businesses to use the Qualmark logo, in order to help international and domestic travellers select places to stay, activities to enjoy and modes of transport to travel by. The new Qualmark Green logo ensures that all businesses are also assessed on their environmental performance. The assessment includes rating energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, conservation initiatives and community activities of each business. Keep an eye out for the Qualmark Green logos in brochures and on websites.
