OWEN DELANY PARK
If town seems empty it’s probably because everyone’s out practicing Taupo’s weekend religion – Outdoor Sports. Owen Delany Park is where you can join the crowds to watch rugby, netball, cricket and even cycling on the velodrome. The Park is remarkable for its free draining pumice soils, which means we never get soggy feet, even in winter.
THE GREAT LAKE CENTRE
The Great Lake Centre is the perfect venue for private functions – large or small.
If offers a great range of meeting rooms that you can hire on an hourly basis right through to a whole weekend, all at great rates.
Weddings, birthday parties and special evenings can be coordinated with catering and refreshments to suit every budget.
