John Key – Prime Minister and Minister of TourismNew Zealand is a fantastic part of the world – if you haven’t been to visit us yet, I’d encourage you to come on down.

As travel professionals, you know how important it is to make sure visitors get a friendly welcome and have a great time.

We’re very proud of our country and, up and down New Zealand, Kiwis are ready and waiting to show off the best that New Zealand has to offer.

We have stunning glaciers and fiords on the South Island’s West Coast and mighty volcanoes on the Central Plateau, meaning something for everyone to see.

Visitors can experience a traditional Maori marae, fish for trout in an alpine stream or take some time out at a spa or eco resort.

They can taste some of the best, and freshest, food in the world, matched with an array of delicious local wines. And there are so many ways to get a thrill – from jet boating, white-water rafting and bungy jumping, to mountain biking or playing on one of more than 400 golf courses.

Whatever you’re looking for – for yourself or your clients – New Zealand is waiting for you to explore and enjoy.

If you’re yet to travel to our country, I hope you’ll have a chance to visit us soon, and enjoy some great Kiwi hospitality. And if you’ve been to our shores before, I hope you’ll be back soon.

Our doors are always open.

Best wishes.

Rt. Hon. John Key
Prime Minister
Minister of Tourism
