One Royal Terrace
One Royal Terrace is a Victorian mansion overlooking the Dunedin city centre. Built in 1885, it has Historic Places Trust Protection. Our guest lounge is furnished in the Victorian style, and has SKY TV, Internet access, tea and coffee, DVD player, stereo, library and games. The room opens to a sunny balcony with views over the city, harbour and peninsula.
Rates include a comprehensive Continental and English breakfast served in the grand dining room. One Royal Terrace provides discerning travellers and business clients with an accommodation experience of the highest standard. Ample off-street parking. Children over 12 are welcome.
